How is the price calculated?
We price by square footage — it's the fairest, most transparent way to quote. Multiply your home's square footage by the rate for your service type and you'll have a close estimate. We confirm the final price before we begin, so there are never any surprises.
What square footage should I use?
Use the total heated/cooled square footage of your home — the same number you'd find on a real estate listing or your property tax records. You don't need to subtract furniture or closets.
Do you charge extra for pets or heavy messes?
We don't charge a flat pet fee, but homes with significant pet hair or heavy buildup may take longer and could affect the final quote. We'll always discuss this with you upfront before scheduling.
Is interior window cleaning really free with a deep clean?
Yes — because we're already doing a thorough top-to-bottom clean, adding interior windows doesn't significantly change our time. It's our way of giving you extra value when you book our most comprehensive service.
Do you offer discounts for recurring clients?
Yes. Clients who book weekly or bi-weekly cleanings receive our best per-visit rate. The more frequently we clean, the less time each visit takes, which keeps your cost low.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a small fee. We understand life happens — just give us a heads up and we'll work with you.
Is there a minimum charge?
Our minimum booking is $100. This covers very small spaces or short-duration add-on services.
Do you offer commercial cleaning pricing?
Yes — commercial cleaning is quoted individually based on square footage, frequency, and the type of space. Contact us for a custom commercial quote.
