
Service Agreement
Blank Space Cleaning Service Agreement and Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: Immediately
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Blank Space Cleaning (“we,” “us,” “our”) and our clients (“you,” “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services
Blank Space Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to general cleaning, window washing, and post-renovation cleaning. Specific services will be outlined in your booking confirmation or agreement. We use eco-friendly products and adhere to high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Scheduling and Cancellations
1. Appointments must be scheduled through our approved channels (e.g., phone, email, or Jobber).
2. Cancellations and Reschedules: We require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
3. We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staffing).
Access to Property
1. You are responsible for ensuring safe and secure access to your property during the scheduled service time.
2. If access is unavailable or delayed beyond 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled, and a fee may apply.
3. Many clients provide keys or access codes for convenience. These are securely stored, and all access codes remain confidential.
Payment Terms
1. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. We accept payment via:
Credit/Debit Card (securely stored for auto-billing)
Card Payment via Invoice (emailed directly, payment due within 7 days of invoice date)
Bank Payment (set up directly with your bank)
3. Late payments will incur a 2% late fee per day on the outstanding balance.
4. For initial or one-time services, payment is required at the time of booking.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority:
1. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly at no additional cost.
2. Rain Guarantee: For window washing services, if it rains within 48 hours of cleaning and impacts the clarity of your windows, we will return to touch up the affected windows—free of charge.
Liability
1. While we take the utmost care during cleaning, we are not responsible for damage to fragile or improperly installed items. Please inform us of any special handling requirements prior to service.
2. We carry liability insurance to protect against accidental damage caused by our team.
Health and Safety
1. Our team follows strict safety protocols, including but not limited to the use of eco-friendly cleaning products.
2. For the safety of our staff and clients, please notify us if anyone in your household has been ill or had a fever within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule services if necessary, and no cancellation fee will apply in these circumstances.
3. We do not clean hazardous materials, biohazards, or areas requiring specialized equipment or training (e.g., mold remediation).
4. Health Protocols: If any special health protocols are required (e.g., for COVID-19), please let us know in advance so we can accommodate those requirements.
Customer Responsibilities
1. Customers are encouraged to tidy up personal items or valuables prior to the scheduled cleaning to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
2. If you have pets, please ensure they are securely contained during our visit for the safety and comfort of both your pets and our cleaning staff.
Inspection/Walk-through
1. A final walk-through will be conducted with the client (if available) upon completion of the service to ensure satisfaction.
Damage and Missing Items
1. In the unlikely event of property damage or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of service for investigation and resolution.
Referral Program or Discounts
1. We offer a referral program that allows you to receive a 10% discount on your next service for each referred customer who books a cleaning with us.
2. Contact us for more details on how to refer others and earn savings for future services.
Service Limitations
1. Our standard service does NOT include cleaning exterior windows, vinyl window blinds, carpets, or upholstery unless specified in the service agreement.
2. If you would like to add any of these services, please notify us before booking, and we will amend the service agreement.
Release for Photos and Videos
By engaging our services, you grant Blank Space Cleaning permission to take and use photographs or videos of your property before, during, and after cleaning for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and promotional materials. We will make every effort to avoid including any personally identifiable information in these images. You may request that any such photos or videos not be used for specific purposes, and we will respect your preferences.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or property-related information to third parties without your consent.
Dispute Resolution/Arbitration
1. Mediation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before proceeding to arbitration or litigation.
2. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), held in [your city, state]. The costs of arbitration will be shared by both parties unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. Arbitration proceedings will be confidential.
3. Litigation: If arbitration does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue litigation, but only after completing the mediation and arbitration processes.
Termination of Services
1. Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable notice.

Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be made available on our website or provided upon request.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
